DC Commercial offers its clients focused, relationship-oriented service through an effective marketing plan.  Each Consultant maintains contact with investors in his market and through a client-database that covers all of Southern California.  Continual communication is vital to our success.  Each listed property has a marketing package designed specifically for that individual transaction creating marketing value.  We believe that our marketing package should help buyers know exactly why they should purchase the property, therefore we tailor it to investment and return goals.  Each package includes a portfolio of high quality recent photographs, as well as aerial and satellite photographs. Our marketing packages include an Investment Summary, Lease Summary, Lease surveys, Sales comparables, On Market Comparables, Demographics, and Site Analysis and other relevant information as needed. 

Once a property has been carefully and thoroughly evaluated, a Consultant will then contact all the High probability buyers and owners in a location with preference to a property type.  In order to serve our clients purposes best, DC Commercial always works and cooperates with outside brokers.  However our agents also always take extra care to qualify and assess the ability of all buyers to purchase. We advertise information on our own website and are we have access to every major commercial listing service worldwide. Finally, DC Commercial advertises in multiple printed publications that cater to a specific product type or investor.
