Cynthia Burts began her career in commercial real estate in 1988 working with Douglas Cancienne, the nations leading commercial real estate broker. Cynthia is currently Senior Vice President of DC Commercial in Century City and has consistently been one of the top income earning agents for the company for over 15 years. Cynthia has focused on the sale of apartment buildings in the Hollywood/Mid-Wilshire apartment market for the past 13 years. Her track record speaks for itself as she has sold literally hundreds of apartment buildings in and around her area of specialization.

John Kralik is an Senior Investment Consultant with DC Commercial in Los Angeles, California. Carlo Matricardi is an Investment Consultant for DC Commercial in Century City, California.  He specializes in commercial investment transactions relevant to the Pasadena, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Altadena, La Canada Flintridge and San Marino communities in the Southern California marketplace.
